If we can't find a solution, you can seek advice by telephone at the Dental Information (TIP). The TIP was created by our professional organization, the KNMT. This also provides a satisfactory solution, you can use the KNMT complaints which we are affiliated with. There are two possibilities, namely mediation and formal complaints, resulting in a statement.
